I like this better than the tour area – it's not as overcrowded. This is simple and straightforward. The most recent update is right up top, with links straight to video downloads and photo downloads for that shoot, and the model's sub page.

Below that are 10 more babes, from most recent to earliest. There are five pages like this in all, for a total of 50 chicks. Looking at the earliest updates, their quality has definitely improved. The earlier girls are not all that hot, and frankly, the makeup is a little alarming. THAT clears up within one page, thankfully, and we get to some much better models.

Bikini modeling is a special niche, and it takes a certain kind of girl to look really, really good in one. These chicks all have what it takes. I'll give 'em that. It's not my thing, but this is done pretty well. There's also some regular lingerie modeling scattered around here and there – it's nice.

The number of pictures varies widely – from 20 to 200. The quality is great – these pictures are quite large and sharp. Some don't even have more than one page. One set has four pictures. Four… What's that about?

Not every model has more than one set of pictures, most seem to have between three and five. Not all the models have video, either.

The video streams smoothly, and it downloads okay, no problems there. Turn the sound off, though. The plinkety new-age, soft rock, and jazz music is pretty soul-sucking. The videos themselves are shot with the photos.

Oh, hey, the scenery's great, and the girls are lovely, but they're being directed, and in some of them you can see guys wandering around with camera equipment and such. Video length appears to be about five or ten minutes, if that, which is a great length for short videos.

I want to be straight up – these girls are very pretty. Jami Miller . . . holy crap, she is a stone fox, Sarieha, she is so yummy, Patrice has the most amazing body I've seen in ages, Jade is cute as hell and actually shows her tits. Now she is awesome.

But.

Only about one in five episodes has video. Only about one in ten shows tits. And often, the best shoots have the least photos.

This is . . . well, it's fucking aggravating. Unfortunately what's here is not crap, it's good stuff, but there isn't enough of it, and it doesn't live up to the promises. Or rather it does, but only if you take into account, the other sites in the ring.

I'll be frank. Bikini modeling is not my thing. I mean, I have tits; I can play with 'em any time I want. I love naked women, I love swimsuits, but it's not something I would pay to look at unless you bring fucking into the mix. I realize not everyone is this way, and lots of people love softcore modeling sites. If I'm going to join one of those, though, it's going to be one of the big-name sites with photography one step up from this.

Bikini Babes is nice, but "nice" isn't going to cut it in the nasty, cutthroat, deep-throat world of porn. Alone, on its own merits, it's not a good deal. But, the bonus sites are good, though. There is plenty of hardcore action going on there. So it's up to you whether you want to pick Bikini Babes as your portal of choice into this ring of debauchery. I, personally, would go with one of the others.
